In this three-part program, University of Colorado regent Stephen Ludwig speaks with ACTA’s Director of Trustee Programs Armand Alacbay about the need for trustees to seek out timely and accurate financial data about the institutions they serve.  Ludwig shares his insights on issues including unrestricted cash funds, increases in athletic spending, and classroom utilization, and provides practical advice for trustees to remain engaged and informed on fiscal issues.
